Our Admissions Policy details how we ensure all admission processes are fair, consistent and transparent for those who apply to a UAL Online course.
Enrolment Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the contract between you and the University of the Arts London when accepting a place on an online course with UAL Online. It details the legal rights and obligations for both you and the University. You should make time to read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
Fees policy
Our UAL Online Fees Policy outlines all fees and funding information for UAL Online students studying their course in the 2025/26 academic year. This includes tuition fees, additional charges, and refunds.
If you would like advice about accessing funds to support your study from the University or about student loans and other sources of funding, please contact the Student Advice Service.
If you would like further information or advice, please email the University’s Fees team at tuitionfees@arts.ac.uk.
English language policy
You must demonstrate that you have a good level of English to study at UAL. Most students from outside of the UK will need to submit results from an English language test.
We have a number of exemptions that will be considered on a case-by-case basis, which might mean you won't need to take an English language test. Full exemption criteria can be found in the document to the right.
