Emergency support

Find the right support for urgent help and advice outside of UAL hours.

Get urgent help

If you're in the UK and you are in a life-threatening emergency, or if you are actively suicidal, call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Hospital Accident and Emergency dept.

If you're based overseas, we'd guide you to seek help from local emergency services in the first instance.

If your emergency is urgent but not life-threatening, you can reach out to our Student Success Team during our normal hours. However, our ability to provide support may be limited, particularly if you are based overseas.
