Student Success Team

Who we are

As a UAL Online student, your first line of contact is our dedicated Student Success Team.

Our Student Success Team is composed of advisors who will be on hand to offer you pastoral support to complement the academic guidance provided by your Course Team. They'll provide information, advice and direction about the policies, processes and procedures that will ensure your success in your studies. They'll help you to navigate your learning journey. We recommend contacting the Student Success Team first if you have any questions about your studies - no question is too great or too small.

Based on your conversation, our team may also put you in touch with a range of additional Specialist Support Teams across the university, including:

• Disability Services
• Library Services
• Fees Management Team
• Funding Team
• Mental Health Support
• Counselling Support

How you'll be supported

As soon as you complete enrolment, the Student Success Team will reach out by email and phone to schedule a Welcome Call, where you'll:

We'll then provide you with ongoing support throughout your studies. An advisor will proactively reach out to you during critical points in your studies to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. We'll send essential reminders at key milestones, for instance, around assessment and payment deadlines.

As your first point of contact for any query, you can reach out to us by email or phone with any questions, comments, or concerns as you progress through your studies.

As soon as you complete enrolment for your course, your Recruitment Advisor will put you in touch with our dedicated UAL Online Student Success Team, providing you with full contact details.
