Access can only be provided with your ID card or other visitor access as provided on registration. If you forget your ID card/visitor access and the Short Course reception is not open, you will not be able to access the library.
WiFi access
To connect to the Wi-Fi, select UAL-WIFI from the available options. Your username is your UAL Student ID Number. Your Student ID Number can be found in your Joining Instructions email or on your student ID card. Your password is your date of birth and must be entered dd/Mmm/ yyyy, including the forward slashes (/), with ‘Mmm’ being the first three letters of the month with the first letter captialised (Jan, Feb, etc).
You can also connect to WiFi via The Cloud by searching “_The Cloud” in their WiFi settings. Please be aware that there may be some WiFi blindspots around each campus. If you experience any issues, please contact the UAL IT Service Desk on +44(0) 207 514 9898 and quote your student ID number.
