Find out how to get a certificate or transcript of your studies at UAL.

The Awards and Graduation Team produce certificates, transcripts and letters for awards at level 4 and above. Please note that we can only produce documents for students who have completed their course. If you are a current student, please contact your College office.

Your degree certificate and transcript prove that you completed your studies at UAL. They show what you’ve achieved to prospective employers and other officials.

If you’re waiting for a response from the Awards and Graduation team, please note that it can take up to 15 working days. Please do not submit multiple queries as this will delay your request.

Certificates

Digital certificates for graduates from February 2023

From February 2023, all UAL Graduates can access digital award certificates via Gradintel. You'll receive an activation email to set up your Gradintel account. If you haven't received the activation email, please contact us using our via the Graduate enquiry form.

Once your Gradintel account is active, you can share your digital certificates securely with any employer or education institute.

  • If you completed your award before 2019 you can make a digital copy by scanning your original certificate to produce a PDF document. Please note that we do not store digital copies of certificates.
  • If you graduated between 2019-2023 and require a digital version of your certificate, please contact us using our via the Graduate enquiry form and we'll register you with a Gradintel account.
