Most students live in private accommodation during their second and third years. Some even choose to do so in their first year. They may:

share a flat or house with friends
stay in a room in the landlord’s property
book a room or studio with an independent student hall.

Students on courses shorter than a full year may need to look at other accommodation options. For example, hostels or specialist short stay accommodation.

We provide short term accommodation for students joining eligible short term study programmes.

Our support services

We can advise you on how to search for private rentals with landlords and letting agents. We can answer your questions and give expert advice before you rent and during your tenancy.

We cannot book accommodation for you or direct you to specific properties.
