Chihiro Tateno


Biography
Chihiro is the Union Affairs Officer at the University of the Arts London and is currently a student at Camberwell College of Arts, pursuing a BA in Fine Art: Computational Arts. Since high school, Chihiro has shown a keen interest in entrepreneurship, winning awards in various business competitions such as those organized by Tochigi Bank and Tokyo Woman's Christian University. She has been involved with Venture Café Tokyo, a hub for the venture community in Japan, demonstrating her commitment to change and innovation.
Chihiro also founded a gender-free apparel company, reflecting her dedication to inclusivity and creative business solutions. Her entrepreneurial spirit is matched by her artistic vision. As an artist, she focuses on capturing the beauty of fleeting moments inspired by her Japanese background, creating work that resonates with both traditional and contemporary aesthetics.
Balancing her artistic practice with her role as a Union Affairs Officer, Chihiro is dedicated to advocating for student rights and fostering a supportive university community.
