Drop-in sessions are 20 minute sessions to talk briefly with a trained professional from the Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy team about your concerns. We're here to support you with problems that are impacting on your academic journey.
We offer both online and in-person sessions at colleges sites. Appointments are bookable up to 24 hours in advance.
Some areas in which drop-ins can be helpful are:
- general mental health concerns (including low mood, anxiety, stress)
- course related problems (where mental health is impacted)
- accommodation issues (where mental health is impacted)
- to hear about what other support is available at UAL.
Attend an in-person, wellbeing drop-in session (term time only)
In-person drop-in sessions are available on College sites between 12 noon and 1pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
These sessions are only bookable on the day. Go to student services or the room listed at the College site and book via the QR code at the desk or on the door.
There are a limited number of in-person sessions. If all sessions have been booked, please check again the next working day.
