UAL delivers improvement across all areas on the National Student Survey

University of the Arts London (UAL) has shown improvement across all areas within the National Student Survey (NSS) for the second year running, according to results published today by the Office for Students (OfS).
UAL’s biggest improvement was in the Organisation and Management section with an increase of 7 percentage points. There were high scores too for Academic Support, with 87% of respondents saying it was easy to contact teaching staff when they needed to, and 88% saying teaching staff have supported their learning.
UAL’s scores in Assessment and Feedback were above the sector average by 7 percentage points, with 82% of respondents saying feedback helped them improve their work.
Our Libraries continue to be recognised by students as one of our key strengths, with 92% of respondents saying UAL’s library resources supported their learning.
For the third consecutive year, UAL has scored above sector average for student voice and freedom of expression, with 89% of students responding that they felt free to express their ideas, opinions and beliefs while studying at UAL.
