Loretta Mao

Loretta is the Service Designer at UAL's Social Purpose Lab. Recently completing her MA in Service Design at LCC, she has actively contributed to various social purpose-driven projects in different countries. She is committed to using her service design knowledge and skills to facilitate organisational transformation. Loretta also serves as the Design Manager for the Refugee Transition Network, an AHRC-funded research project.
