23 alumni selected for Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023

The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize features artworks by 23 University of the Arts London alumni in its 2023 exhibition.

The pieces – selected from over 3,000 entries – are by graduates of Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins (CSM), Chelsea College of Arts, London College of Communication (LCC) and Wimbledon College of Arts.

Known as the UK’s most prestigious open exhibition for drawing, the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize comprises of 5 prizes worth £27,000.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 29 September at Trinity Buoy Wharf in London.

All 124 drawings selected for this year’s exhibition will be on display at Trinity Buoy Wharf from Friday 29 September to Sunday 15 October 2023. The exhibition will then tour venues across the UK.

Led since its creation by Professor Anita Taylor (Dean of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, University of Dundee), the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize exhibition celebrates excellence in contemporary drawing practice. The annual exhibitions are selected and judged by a panel of passionate and distinguished drawing experts.
