Biography
Mariana Marangoni is a Brazilian transdisciplinary artist, web developer and researcher based in London.
She has a background in graphic design and web development and holds a MA in Interaction Design from the London College of Communication. Her practice is centred in critically exploring media materiality and the aesthetics of decay through installations, web-based experiments, and visual poetry. Recent work focuses on the socio-ecological impact of Internet crisis and unconventional computing for post-collapse futures.
Amongst others, she has given talks and exhibited internationally at the Victoria and Albert Museum (UK), National Poetry Library (UK) and Gaîté Lyrique’s NØ LAB (FR).
