The session will explore archives, creative exchange and the potential revolutions of digital culture.

Archives and collections now encompass 2 seemingly incompatible things:

  • Distributed networks that are nodal, flat and durable through their multiplicity
  • Collections of things and images, which may or may not be unique, but are nonetheless materially and geographically fixed
