Biography

Dr Anna Ivanova is a Lecturer in Fashion Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, UK. Anna obtained her MSc, MRes and PhD degrees in Marketing (Consumer Behaviour). Prior to joining London College of Fashion she held lecturing positions at Kingston, UCL, and Hult Ashridge Business Schools. She is a Fellow of HEA and a CMBE (Certified Management and Business Educator). Her speciality is mixed methods and her research focuses on how consumers form and destroy relationships with brands (brand love, customer perceived value, brand hate), her other research interests are in sustainability and technological innovations in fashion.
In her academic roles, she designed research projects, secured funding, and managed projects including 'Brand Love in Metaverse', 'Addressing Modern Slavery in Fashion Supply Chain', and others. Anna is passionate about research-informed teaching. She is a published author and an active presenter at global conferences.
