Biography

I currently work predominantly within the Fashion Business School at London College of Fashion with some work within the School of Design and Technology.

I teach at all levels and oversee undergraduates for their Final Major Project, on various courses including Fashion Management, Fashion Buying and Merchandising, and Fashion Visual Merchandising and Branding. I work on a collaborative elective for masters students and work with MA Fashion.

I also work with Insights and on the Diploma in Professional Studies, as well as international recruitment.

I have previously been a course leader and unit leader.

I also work outside of LCF producing fashion shows for various clients, a job I have been involved with since my first London Fashion Week show in 1989. From its inception I worked on Graduate Fashion Week as an event organiser, as well as individual show production, until 2020.

I started as a designer, with my own label and shops, and then worked in PR before moving into fashion and colour trend forecasting as well as working in contemporary art, with businesses in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and Dublin.

My skills lie in motivation and team building and I excel at live events.
