Biography

As a Digital Learning Producer and Instructional Designer, I specialise in creating engaging online and blended learning experiences, particularly within higher education and the arts. With a strong grounding in learning theory and technology, I design courses that enhance student engagement and improve outcomes for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

I have significant experience working with academic leaders and technical teams to optimise platforms like Moodle, ensuring that course content aligns with pedagogical goals and the latest innovations in educational technology. Whether guiding teams through updates to learning management systems or supporting the implementation of advanced digital tools, I focus on making technology a powerful asset in the learning process.

I’m also passionate about video pedagogy, having led initiatives that combine content creation with strategic learning outcomes. I co-authored the "Pre-Recorded Videos: Principles and Guidelines" and regularly collaborate with networks like the BLE Digitalmedia group to foster innovation and best practice.

Currently working towards Senior Certified Membership of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT), I am committed to staying at the forefront of digital education, continually exploring new approaches to enhance learning through technology.
