            Biography
Kevin J. Brazant is a dialogue producer, scholar practitioner, and a Senior Educational Developer at the London College of Communication (LCC) at the University of the Arts London (UAL).He is passionate about transformative dialogue between staff, students and community partners, the Disruptor’s Academic, turning reflection into rebellion and conversation into change. As the founder of Lounge Akademics™, he creates bold, thought-provoking, and entertaining content through intimate sit-downs with cultural thought leaders, exploring learning, identity, and the art of disruption.

At UAL, He manages the award-winning LCC Change Makers' initiative and is a founding member of the Visualising Justice Collective
He currently serves as a nominated member of the College Knowledge Exchange (KE)Committee, approved by the College Academic Committee.
Advising the College Executive Group on matters related to knowledge exchange, strategy, and governance.
Contributing to the implementation and review of UAL’s KE Strategy at College level, supporting the development of strategic objectives, priorities, and KPIs. Championing inclusive, community-informed approaches to knowledge exchange, with a focus on progression, attainment, and representation. Collaborating with colleagues across Schools, KE Coordinators, Professors, and senior leadership to foster a sustainable and enterprising KE culture that benefits students, staff, and external partners
Kevin graduated from Middlesex University with a BA in Communication Studies. His career started in the media and creative industries, winning a scholarship at the National Television and Film School (NFTS) in documentary filmmaking and gaining awards for his documentary debut 'Unheard Voices', exploring the experiences of young fathers. He further developed his visual ethnography as part of further research, using the film as part of Knowledge Exchange activities with local authorities and community organisations, influencing how public services are trained to engage fathers with challenging circumstances. His storytelling of the male experience, particularly around fatherhood in the UK, has been featured in media such as BBC 1Xtra, Look Magazine, The Evening Standard, and Radio 4's Woman's Hour, to name a few.
