Hello
My name is Mallika and I am an experienced Higher Education professional. I currently work a Senior Educational Developer at London College of Communication, UAL. I undertake this role against the backdrop of my extensive teaching and research experience in the field of Education and leadership experience in higher educational practices.

My other leadership roles in previous institutions include Programme Director for Professional Doctorate in Education, Faculty Director for Learning, Teaching and Assessment; Course Leader; Faculty Athena Swan lead; Faculty Admissions Panel for University Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) and Experience (APEL); University Research Degrees Committee; Faculty Research and Innovation Committee, and Early Childhood University Research Group Co-convenor.
