Biography
I’m a designer and exhibition-maker working with curators, artists, writers and archivists to develop and design exhibitions and experiences, mostly within museums and public institutions. I’m interested in experiential and spatial narratives, the interpretation of material culture and the narration of lived experiences. I’ve designed exhibitions and museum galleries for Wellcome Collection, the Science Museum, The National Gallery and the Victoria & Albert Museum, amongst others.I'm an Associate Lecturer in the Graphic Communication Design Programme at Central Saint Martins, working mostly with final-year BA students. I’m particularly interested in pedagogic methods that support the development of self-directed study; the value that different types of knowledge can bring to research and practice; and approaches to exhibiting communication design.
Notable projects include:
William Blake’s Universe (Fitzwilliam Museum, 2024), Jason and the Adventure of 254 (Wellcome Collection, 2024), Donatello: Sculpting the Renaissance (V&A, 2023), Grace Ndiritu: The Healing Pavilion (Wellcome Collection, 2023), Science City: 1550–1800 (Science Museum, 2019).
