Dr Min-Ji Seo is a lecturer and researcher specialising in innovation management, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation within the creative industries. Her work examines how technological change, cultural practice, and institutional systems shape innovation across global creative ecosystems.

With professional experience in both the UK and South Korea, she bridges academic research with enterprise and policy contexts, helping students and partners translate ideas into impactful practice.
