How will we staff night opening?
We will be using a specialist security company with experience of providing overnight opening staff in Libraries for the pilot. We are working with Estates and H&S officers to ensure we have appropriate staffing and that we get a team who are able to provide a good customer service model in line with Library Services standards. The emphasis will be on prioritising safety and wellbeing, as well as performing a range of tasks to ensure the space is used appropriately and maintained in good condition.
