11 February 1965 the London College of Fashion presented ‘the Royal Show’ attended by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother which acted as the ceremonial opening of London College of Fashion at John Princes Street and celebrated of the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Barrett Street school in 1915.
