We are offering three tours lasting for one hour each at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm on Friday 19 June. To sign up, please check that your line manager is happy for you to take time out to do the tour and then book a place for your preferred slot using our doodle poll here: http://doodle.com/2bsmhvqkae9wr2gq
Please make sure you arrive at the centre on time for the tour. The meeting point is at the Archives and Special Collections Centre, based at Elephant & Castle. The Centre is located off the Well Gallery. You go up the main steps, go ahead and then bear left towards the media block, then almost immediately go down the steps to your left and you will see the glass door. Please ring the doorbell and someone will let you in. Please note that if you find you can’t take up the place, please let archive-enquiries@arts.ac.uk know as soon as possible so that it can be allocated to somebody else.
The University Archives and Special Collections Centre is a Library Services facility that preserves, enhances and promotes the rich and varied collections of the University. The Centre grants access to over seventeen archives and collections, including the Stanley Kubrick Archive, with particular strengths in film-making, printing history and graphic design. On this tour you will have the opportunity to view some material from the collections, followed by time for discussions and any questions you may have.
