We automatically renew 1 week and 3 week items, helping you to avoid fines.
Your loans will be automatically renewed on their due dates. You will receive an email if the renew has failed asking you to return the item if:
- You have renewed the item the maximum number of times (10).
- Another borrower has reserved the item and no other items are available.
- Your account is blocked e.g. you have fines of over £10.00, or overdue items.
