This is a reminder that as of today most communication from the Libraries will be by email rather than letter.
This will include renewal reminders and overdue book reminders. Please ensure that you check your UAL email on a regular basis and keep your Library account up-to-date to avoid fines or blocked accounts.
You can renew online, by phone or in person at any UAL Library.
If you have items which are more than 8 weeks overdue:
- your library account will be blocked
- you will not be able to borrow or renew any items
- and you will be referred to UAL Credit Control to pay replacement costs.
