Today we received an update from Dawsonera informing us that they have made progress this week to stabilise the dawsonera ebook platform and to optimise performance for users; the number of outages over the last 5 days has reduced considerably.
Their main aims are to:
- stabilise the platform
- improve performance and responsiveness
- work with partners and external experts
” With this in mind we want to reassure you that we are on track to further improve the stability and performance issues over the forthcoming weeks. After that, we will work towards providing assurances to our libraries to ensure the reliability of the dawsonera platform in the future and will actively support our customers in restoring confidence throughout their patrons and wider community.
