Due to a technical fault with the Box of Broadcasts (BoB) server that captures broadcasts, content will not be recoverable from a number of channels between Monday 14 November at 11.30am and Wednesday 16 November at 9.30pm.
Accessible channels
All BBC TV and radio channels are served by the BBC Archive link, so you may request BBC content within 24 hours of broadcast.
Inaccessible channels
Content broadcast on all other channels between Monday 14 November at 11.30am and Wednesday 16 November at 9.30pm will be permanently unavailable.
BUFVC apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
All clips, playlists and content requested before the outage are unaffected.
In recognition of the inconvenience this technical issue may have caused, all user daily recording limits have been increased from 10 to 15 until the New Year.
