A big thanks to all the students who completed the recent survey about the library catalogue…over 600 of you. We are planning to replace our Library System so there will be a new library catalogue next academic year.
It’s really important for us to hear what you value most in the catalogue, and what you would like from a new library catalogue. You said that the most important things to you were:
• Clear, simple and attractive design
• Ability to search by individual college library
• Clear and informative search results
• A display which is dyslexic friendly
There were plenty more suggestions, all of which we will take into account while we select our new system.
