We are very sorry to report that there are still significant problems with the dawsonera platform so you will still encounter problems downloading or even accessing e-books on this platform.
The most recent update they have sent (Monday 13 October) says ”we have made significant changes to the platform and hardware over the past week and today will see the results of these changes and will allow us to identify and quickly fix the problems. We absolutely understand how critical this is for Libraries and we have to fix this asap.”
We will update with further information as soon as we have it.
