Library improvements
- Learning Zone repainted
- New carpet in entrance to the Silent Zone
- New accessible doors into the Silent Zone
- New chairs and bean bags in Learning Zone and Silent Zone
- New presentation table 2nd floor group study room B
- Self-service laptops due October 2016
We’ve made lots of improvements so that your Library and Learning Zone is an even better place to study. We are going to introduce self-issue for laptops for 3 hours at the beginning of the new academic year. Staff will still be able to help you with your IT enquiries.
The canteen is also being completely redeveloped as a social learning space and canteen for next academic year. The canteen will be closed until the end of September for these works but Typo Café will be open all summer.
Access to the library will be through the workshop block for the summer when the canteen is closed.
