How to read your timetable

On your timetable, rooms are coded by College site, building, floor and room number. Each event in your timetable should display with a site and room number.

For example an event with the room location HH_303 is being held on floor 3, room 303, at High Holborn.

To search for a room in your timetable, use the first 2 letters of the College site. For example, KX for King's Cross (a Central Saint Martins campus).

If an event is held online, it will be marked as ‘online’ instead of showing room details.

Camberwell College of Arts

The College code is CAM.

• Peckham Road code PR - for example PR_B10.
• Wilson Road (Foundation  Centre), code WR - for example WR_108.

Central Saint Martins

The College code is CSM.

• Kings Cross, code KX - for example KX_C105.
• Archway Annexe, code AA - for example AA_103.
• Archway Main, code AM - for example AM_201.

Chelsea College of Arts

The College code is CHE.

• Millbank, code MB - for example MB_ALG08.

London College of Communication

The College code is LCC.

• Elephant and Castle, code EC - for example EC_T805.

London College of Fashion

The College code is LCF.

• East Bank, code EB - for example EB_1104.

Wimbledon College of Arts

The College code is WIM.

• Merton Hall Road, code MHR - for example MHR_AG17.

UAL Creative Computing Institute

The Institute code is CCI.

• Greencoat Building, code GB - for example GB_GB03.
• High Holborn, code HH - for example HH_302.

UAL School of Pre-Degree Studies

The School uses code UAL.

• Lime Grove, code LG - for example LG_D103.
• Archway Main, code AM - for example AM_201.
