Location
Wigram House is a late Victorian mansion block, with beautiful high spec facilities inside. Located in a quiet residential street off the paved piazza of Westminster Cathedral, the hall is located in the heart of central London and a few minutes walk away from Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and the River Thames.
*Please note, Wigram House will no longer be part of UAL's Accommodation Portfolio for the 2025/26 academic year and, therefore, students will not be able to apply to live in this residence.

Prices and sizes 2024-25
Standard tenancies at Wigram House are for 50 weeks.
- Premium shared bathroom rooms are £312.50 per week, £15,625.00 in total. These rooms are approximately between 8 and 11 metres squared and have single or 3/4 size beds. Bathrooms are shared with 1-2 people and each bedroom contains a washbasin.
- Premium rooms are £337.00 per week, £16,850.00 in total. These rooms are approximately between 9 and 13 metres squared and have single or 3/4 size beds.
- Premium Studios are £481.50 per week, £24,075.00 in total. These rooms are approximately between 13 and 15 metres squared and have 3/4 size beds.
