As all physical gatherings are cancelled or postponed due to the current health crisis, Post-Grad Community is working online to relay and foster digital interractions. This interview suggests how you might be able to take part in the Fashion Revolution movement from the comfort of your home.

My name is Lauren Junestrand and I am a PhD student at London College of Fashion. I host the Post-Graduate Community interest group CLOOP PROJECTS which aims to design sustainable fashion education for change.
When I attended the Future Fabrics Expo with the Post-Graduate Community interest group Circular Design Lab, I had the opportunity to meet at the Fashion Revolution stand Bronwyn Seier (designer for Fashion Revolution).
I have always been a follower of the Fashion Revolution movement and I thought it would be a great idea to share this with you. A global movement that celebrate fashion as a positive influence while also scrutinising industry practices and raising awareness of the fashion industry's most pressing issues.
Every year they celebrate the Fashion Revolution Week in April, in the anniversary of the Rana Plaza factory collapse in Bangladesh. A week aimed to promote transparency and fair conditions in the fashion industry. This year it will be running from the 20th to the 26th of April.
This April has been different. Due to Covid-19, many big retailers have cancelled their orders with clothing manufacturers, resulting in unemployment and hunger, or as seen in a Business of Fashion article in: "Fashion's humanitarian crisis".
And, this April, when the urge to call for a fairer and more transparent fashion industry is greater than ever before, we are staying at home. So, I wanted to ask: how can we get involved in Fashion  Revolution Week whilst staying at home? And also, to those of you who don't know: what is Fashion Revolution?
If you want to know more about how to become a digital activist with Fashion Revolution whilst staying at home, watch the interview with Bronwyn Seier!
