Post-Grad Community Lunch at Central Saint Martins' Archway Campus
CSM's Archway campus was alive with the postgraduate community, as staff and staff from across college campuses came together for an engaging mixer. Hosted by Post-Grad Community, supported by Jonathan Carson (CSM’s Associate Dean of Student Experience, and featuring graduate start up Carboned Out!, the event centred around a generous Lebanese vegetarian feast that fuelled lasting connections.

MA Art and Science and MA Fine Art students from Archway intermingled with peers from London campuses in the Cafetorium.
When asked why they came to the event, Paula Dischinger, MA Performance Society (CSM) said “To connect and join with the strength of the PGC, to build bridges and not walls.”
For Magdelana Kay (MA Fine Art Digital, CSM), it was “to meet other students. I have met and exchanged details with 10 students to keep in touch about our work and life outside of our courses.”

Carboned Out! led an interactive workshop focused on individual carbon footprints, seamlessly blending climate education with community. Students were deeply engaged, finding common ground between creative disciplines, climate action, and social activism.

Through food and community, CSM Archway hosted an impactful afternoon of crossing boundaries and bringing people together. Innovative connections took root that will resonate across UAL colleges.
