Post-Grad Mixer: Central Saint Martins welcomes UAL's postgraduate January starters

On Wednesday 24 January 2024, Central Saint Martins’ Platform Bar emitted creative energy as the UAL's newest postgraduates gathered to connect, mingle and foster community. Hosted by Post-Grad Community, the mixer event gave January starters a welcoming space to meet standout peers while forming new bonds through food, drinks, music, and workshops.
Within the first 30 minutes, the space was humming with talented individuals introducing themselves and finding common ground between artistic ambitions and disciplines. Students hailed from programmes ranging from MA Fashion, MA Applied Imagination, MA Arts and Cultural Enterprise, and many many more.
CSM departments that are central to the student experience, including Post-Grad Community ambassadors also joined in welcoming newcomers, ensuring they know how to access vital resources. Many expressed gratitude for a personal introduction to the people and services supporting their creative journeys.
“I came in feeling unsure, but I’m leaving so inspired and supported,” a student from MA Fashion Communication remarked.
Bound by ambition and vision, UAL’s newest postgraduates made their presence known in CSM’s Platform Bar. The creative possibilities felt electric and endless.
