When making a booking with UAL Short Courses please make sure you tick the box to indicate that you are a disabled student or have accessibility or learning support needs. You will then be sent an email titled 'Your support requirements' by ualshortcourses@shortcourses.arts.ac.uk requesting more information about your needs. Please respond as soon as possible to allow us to best put in adjustments to support you in your learning journey.
However, please note, if your booked course is starting in 2 weeks or less, we may not be able to make required adjustments or put support in place in this short time frame. In these situations, we will discuss what adjustments are possible in this timeframe. In some circumstances, we may recommend that you transfer to a future date of the course.
