From those wanting to boost creativity in a professional career, to create a portfolio for university, or to simply learn a new skill and get hands-on with a new artistic project, our courses will inspire and elevate your creativity to new heights.
How would a UAL Short Course help you reach your creative goal?
Show us your creative work for the chance to win a short course of your choice* and get the chance to join us on-campus or online to see those goals through!
Whether it's getting outside your comfort zone, switching careers, launching a new creative project, or to rejuvenate your creative outputs.
How to enter:
To be in with a chance to win a UAL Short Course submit a reel or video showing off your creativity, whatever the subject, and us tell which short course you would choose, and how it can help you take your creativity to the next level.
- Tag us in a photo or reel showing us what creativity means to you
- Complete the short sentence: "My creative goal is…"
- Tag and follow us @UALShortCourses
- Use ##ualsccreativegoals in your post
This competition is open to everyone, you could be:
- An aspiring short course student
- A past short course student
- A current short course student
- A hobbyist, a creative professional, student, or anything in between
*The winner will win a UAL Short Course to the value of £720
Terms and Conditions
- UAL Short Courses Competition will run from Wednesday 10 July 2024 to Friday 30 August 2024.
- Those with a private account must follow and direct message @UALShortCourses Instagram their entry.
- For entries to be eligible you must submit a photo, reel or TikTok displaying your creative work, tagging @UALshortcourses with the ##ualsccreativegoals and completing the sentence: "My creative goal is…"
- One entry per person will be accepted. All submissions must be original and owned by the entry participant.
- One winner will be selected at random up to 5 working days after the competition closes and will contacted through direct message to confirm how to claim their prize.
- The winner will receive 1 place on 1 UAL Short Course of their choice, to the value of £720, and must be suitable for the course (e.g. the right age group/level).
- The winner must agree to UAL’s short course terms and conditions.
- If the winner fails to claim their prize within 2 weeks, the offer will become void.
- The offer of a free short course place is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- UAL reserves the right to substitute a free course placement to an offer of equivalent or greater value if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
- Should the winner wish to enrol on a short course higher than the value of £720 they must pay the difference.
- The winner must be able to travel to attend their course. UAL Short Courses is not responsible for any transportation or travel fees associated with attending the course.
- UAL Short Courses may wish to interview the winner for a news story on their website / blog for future marketing activity and materials.
