How was studying abroad in London? What is your favourite thing about the city?

Studying abroad in London was an enriching experience that expanded my perspective on both media and culture. My favourite thing about the city is its vibrant creative energy. Whether walking through the streets of Shoreditch or exploring the galleries in South Kensington, there’s always something inspiring around every corner.

What is your favourite memory of studying abroad?

My favourite memory is working on a collaborative project with fellow students at UAL. We spent late nights brainstorming and creating content that reflected our diverse backgrounds, and the sense of camaraderie was unforgettable.

What did you enjoy about your classes on the LCF Semester?

I really enjoyed the practical approach of the LCF Semester classes. The hands-on projects allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, which was both challenging and rewarding.

Can you tell us about a project you were particularly excited about?

I was particularly excited about a project where we had to develop a full-fledged media campaign for a hypothetical fashion brand. The process of conceptualizing and executing a campaign from start to finish, with feedback from industry professionals, was an invaluable experience.

How do you think your study abroad experience will help you with your future endeavours?

This experience has not only broadened my understanding of global media but also enhanced my ability to work in diverse teams and adapt to new environments. These skills are crucial as I pursue a career in media and communications.

What is the most valuable thing you learnt from the experience?

The most valuable lesson I learned was the importance of collaboration. Working with people from different cultural and academic backgrounds taught me to appreciate diverse perspectives and approach challenges with an open mind.
