Interior Design Portfolio Short Course
Course description
Do you want to develop a portfolio to apply for further study or employment in Interior Design? This course will cover the basics: the conceptual approach to structure, space and light, styling the form and function of the space and the use of materials and furniture within it. The course will introduce you to a new design process: researching your ideas, expressing them on paper and learning how to present them in your portfolio. Each week will address a different part of the design process as part of one complete project ready for your portfolio. During the course you will also discover how to structure and present your work in a portfolio. The focus is not on teaching technical drawing but on the development of conceptual skills for putting together a portfolio.
