Regardless of your experience or ability, you'll be encouraged to create more work to enrich your portfolio. This course also offers tailored advice on portfolio content and presentation, valuable for applications for future studies.

Tutor
Renata Hegyi
Renata Hegyi is a graduate of Byam Shaw School of Art and Royal Academy Schools, and is now a practising artist and an associate lecturer. She won the St. James Award and Residency in 2003.
Her work has been shown in various curated exhibitions both in the UK and internationally, including the Guildhall Art Gallery, London; National Museum - The Four Dome Pavilion, WrocÅ‚aw; Konsthallen-Bohusläns Museum, Sweden; Hå Gamle Prestegard, Norway; Sadler's Wells, London; Gimpel Fils, London; Vienna Biennale; Hungarian Cultural Centre, London; Stephen Lawrence Gallery, London; Shine Gallery, London; Hirschl Contemporary Art, London; Armory Photography Art Fair 02, New York. Samiya Younis
Samiya Younis is an artist, researcher, curator and educator who lives and works in London. She is graduate from the Royal College of Art. Her art practice is interdisciplinary working in sculpture, painting, installation, photography, performance to name a few. She works with Community engagement groups, charities and women education organisations delivering workshops. Samiya has exhibited work in the UK and internationally. As well as teaching on short courses at Central St Martin's College of Art, portfolio preparation. Samiya mentors and prepares students for successful art university applications. Samiya has also taught students at Ruskin School of Art, UCA Farnham and Edinburgh School of Art in the Fine Art departments. She is a Lecturer on the UAL Diploma in Art, Design and Media and Fashion Applied General Diploma in Art and Design, City of Westminster College, Paddington and is a fellow of the Higher Education Institution.Rochelle Fry
Rochelle Fry is an artist and educator who lives and works in London. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Art in London where she studied sculpture, she has exhibited her work in the UK and internationally. Rochelle is a long standing member of Five Years, an artist run gallery, she curates exhibitions and coordinates collaborative projects. Rochelle has 10 years extensive experience teaching short courses at CSM including drawing and portfolio preparation. She writes bespoke courses preparing and mentoring students for successful art university applications and also teaches drawing at the Civil Engineering Department, City University, London.
