This interactive session will teach you to trust yourself when interacting in the workplace.

This session is only for London College of Fashion students. It is aligned to your Graduate Futures careers and employability journey.

This interactive session will give you the opportunity to look at your strengths and weaknesses, applying compassion to developing your areas of improvement. We will utilise tools for practically building confidence throughout your placement and for the workplace, and set some goals for where you’d like to develop skills and knowledge. The session will include a presentation exploring how to use self-compassion to build resilience in different scenarios where you might feel challenged – including where you can access support at LCF. We will look at how to reduce feelings of overwhelm and explore together how to believe in yourself.
