Our name
Our name is London College of Communication.
- Don't use ‘the’ as a prefix in front of our name.
- Make the College’s relationship to UAL clear. Though, don't use UAL as a possessive.
- Example: London College of Communication, UAL, is part of a new exhibition.
- Externally, use the acronym 'LCC' once you’ve established its meaning by using our full name.
- Example: London College of Communication (LCC) is a pioneering world leader in creative communications education. The LCC experience is all about learning by doing.

London College of Communication, UAL is a pioneering leader in creative communications education.
We nurture and develop the critical, creative and technical excellence needed to discover new possibilities and practices in creative communications, through a diverse, world-leading community of teaching, research and partnerships with industry.
The communications sector is evolving fast. We enable our students to develop the skills needed to succeed as future-facing creatives through our industry-focused courses in design, media and screen. The London College of Communication experience is all about learning by doing.
Our students get their hands dirty and develop their skills through the exploration of heritage and future technologies in our outstanding technical spaces. At London College of Communication we encourage independent, agile and persistent experimentation that engages the practitioner's mind, senses and tools. We contribute to the advancement of our disciplines and the industries and communities we serve through the impact of our diverse ideas.

Our logo
- Our logo sits in the top left-hand corner. If not possible, our logo sits in the bottom left-hand corner.
- The minimum size for the logo is 5mm.
- Keep it in proportion and positioned at an equal distance from the top and left-hand side of the page.
- Use the logo only in black or white, depending on the background colour.
- For certain, rare applications the logo can be embossed, debossed, varnished or foiled.
