M·A·C Cosmetics Equal Futures Scholarship for BA Fashion at CSM

The M·A·C Cosmetics Equal Futures Scholarship for BA Fashion at CSM of £30,000 (£10,000 per year) is available to 1 Home student from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background accepted on the first year of the BA Fashion Design course at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.

Eligibility

To be eligible for The M·A·C Cosmetics Equal Futures Scholarship for BA Fashion at CSM, students must be:

  • Considered a Home student for tuition fees purposes and,
  • Accepted onto the first year of the full-time BA Fashion Design course at Central Saint Martins, UAL starting in September 2023.

That’s why we partnered with UAL to create the M·A·C Cosmetics Equal Futures Scholarship for BA Fashion at CSM, which is designed to support excellent students on the BA Fashion course at Central Saint Martins. This scholarship will support an ethnic minority student of outstanding academic potential.

The scholarship will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit. It will provide a contribution of £10,000 per annum towards living expenses and course fees for the duration of the course except the placement year.

Applications are particularly welcome from students from Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic backgrounds who are in financial hardship and will benefit from undergraduate studies to realise their full potential.

The M·A·C Cosmetics Equal Futures Scholarship for BA Fashion at CSM opens for applications on Monday 25 September 2023.

Applications for this scholarship must be made by filling in an online application form. More information is provided in the guidance notes:

Closing Date: Monday 15 January 2024.

The panel will be scheduled for March 2024. The date will be communicated to shortlisted students.

Receiving payment

The scholarship will provide a contribution of £10,000 per annum for the duration of the course except the placement year.

Living expenses and course costs payments will be paid in termly instalments via BACS to the award recipient.
