Company bookings

Our Company Booking process is for Companies and creative industry partners who would like to create a credit account with UAL Short courses Ltd. This account allows companies to book multiple students in various scheduled short courses throughout the year, using a purchase order and invoice.

What you'll need

To make a company booking onto a Short Course using a purchase order payment process please complete our Company Booking form.

• Documentation: Scanned copy of a Purchase order, or a Letter signed by your sponsor on headed paper
• Supplier Setup: Ensure we are set up as a supplier in your accounting system. If not, send the necessary forms or links to shortcoursecompanybookings@arts.ac.uk so we can invoice you.
• Student Details: Student Names, phone numbers, nationalities, and date of births, and email
• Booker Details: Booker Name and email

Booking time-frames

Company bookings via purchase orders must be processed at least 6 weeks before the course start date.

For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior, you will need to use a credit or debit card through our website. When booking, please ensure you enter your company name in the first line of the billing address under ‘Booking Information’ page, so the invoice is addressed to the company and not the delegate. On the ‘Learner Details’ page, untick the ‘Use booker information’ option and enter the delegate’s personal details. If you need a copy of the invoice, please request one at shortcoursecompanybookings@arts.ac.uk

Payment

To make a company booking onto a short course, using a purchase order payment process, please complete our Company Booking form.

All invoices must be paid before the course start date. If invoices are not paid your place/s could be cancelled.

Additional information

Our course webpage features a complete list of all scheduled courses and their fees, providing you with up-to-date information, so there’s no need for separate quotes.

Course places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and unfortunately we are therefore unable to reserve spots in advance.
