Biography
Jo manages Programme Administration for the Institute, alongside the programme provision of Digital Learning and Quality. The team provide support for the student journey for a portfolio of UAL Creative Computing Institute courses. The teams aim is to deliver an excellent level of student experience and staff support, managing key process, including enrolment, assessments and exam boards. Monitoring attendance and maintaining Moodle pages.
Jos background is in higher education management, specialising in administration. Before joining UAL she worked in roles at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, Goldsmiths and Queen Mary. Jo specialises in team leadership, process improvement and supporting staff and students to deliver high quality customer service.
