This soon this developed into doing technical installations and support for all sorts of differing practices including Art, Dance, Theatre and music. At this time he Worked in creative roles, self employed, for places including Barbican, Freeze Art, ICA, Glastonbury & Nike. He also worked directly with musicians and artists supporting their technical needs and developed projects with a number of Artists for shows including the Baltic Centre of Contemporary Arts & many others.

Throughout all this Peter always had a deep rooted love for tinkering with new technologies. A life long gamer, Peter has always been someone who loved computers. He decided to return to Higher education to add coding to his skill set, achieving a 1st class degree at Goldsmiths University in Creative Computing. During this time Peter started to work as technical support for the EAVI (Embodied Audio Visual Interaction) research group, and began working with all forms of technologies relating to the human body’s immersion in Computing, gaining extensive experience in Virtual reality, Augmented reality, Motion capture & computer vision. It was through this role Peter developed to become the general technician, supporting all students and staff in the Dept of Computing. In this role Peter found a great deal of enjoyment in being in the educational area and supporting others in their creative learning and projects.

Peter now has 10 years experience in all aspects of creative coding and in the development of educational spaces, workshops and events. During his time at Goldsmiths Peter built & managed, the very first digital Fabrication facility, Hackspace, Virtual reality lab, Motion capture studio & User Experience lab. At the end of his time these had developed into full gallery events with students building full scale installation works and numbers in excess of 80 per show.
