This project paves the way for future innovations in virtual fitting. By bridging the gap between technology and fashion, FIA is empowering brands to place themselves at the forefront of the digital transformation, reduce physical prototyping, and enhance the consumer experience.
The AKT programme has been designed to create short-term collaborations between UK businesses and universities to rapidly inject innovation capacity. Inspired by the highly successful partnership model of Knowledge Transfer Partnership, Innovate UK – Accelerated Knowledge Transfer’s concept is to deliver a rapid and targeted intervention to accelerate the evaluation or development of an innovation project or concept, which has the potential for significant impact for the Business Partner.
