We aim to deliver LCF courses and experiences to new audiences through in-country delivery and curriculum development.
The renewal of the 4-year curriculum consultancy contract between London College of Fashion (LCF) and Istanbul Moda Academy (IMA) comes from the vision to provide IMA students the highest standard of fashion education - without having to travel too far from home.
Funded by ITKIB and after a successful span of a decade-long collaboration, the contract focuses on the same mode of consultancy and will deliver a rich and varied programme. Supporting IMAs undergraduate course - central to the development of their fashion design curriculum, LCF academics will combine heritage and radical thinking in their teaching, craftmanship and new technology, as well as providing quality assurance, supporting local institutes in the expansion of HE programmes and continuing professional development. Equipping students with toolkits that focus on social and economic contexts to create sustainable practices and business models for their future in the fashion industry.
