London College of Fashion, UAL are excited to be a finalist of the 2021 Green Gown Awards in the Research with Impact category for the Sustainable Fashion Glossary - launched by Conde Nast in partnership with Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF), LCF in 2020. The Green Gown Awards began in 2004 and recognise sustainability initiatives undertaken by universities and colleges. As sustainability becomes increasingly important, the Awards have become established within the further and higher education sectors as the most prestigious recognition of best practice.
As part of their company's commitment to becoming a voice for change, Conde Nast in partnership with CSF, designed the Glossary to strengthen and develop sustainability literacy, by providing guidance on key terms and emerging topics. The Glossary has been published as a digital resource, open to all and regularly updated.
