London College of Fashion, UAL is officially back on schedule at this year’s London Fashion Week, debuting LCF Postgraduate Class of 2025 through a dynamic three-part showcase.
In our conversation, we dive deep into the inspiration behind "Runway Threaded Realities," the challenges of merging heritage with cutting-edge technology, and the profound potential for this project to foster inclusivity within the fashion industry. This is a vision of fashion's future—one that invites everyone to not just watch but actively participate in the story.
In the vibrant heart of East London, where graffiti-laden streets meet innovative fashion, Haru Kim, an MA Fashion Design Technology (Menswear) graduate, has redefined the boundaries of design. Drawing inspiration from the rich graffiti culture surrounding LCF's East Bank Campus, Haru’s collection, POW!, transforms the ephemeral art of street graffiti into bold, wearable expressions of social and environmental consciousness.
